MIFP FAQs - first cut

As Skip has posted several times, I've been working on an updated FAQ
for this newsgroup. I used the Google archive and some of my own
resources to come up with a list of questions, and organized them by
topical area in a wiki that the group managers set up.

The FAQs aren't done yet, but rather than belabor this any longer Skip
and I decided to put up what's there for general viewing. Anoop and
Joetaxpayer were kind enough to preview it, and gave some helpful
suggestions (thanks guys). Here's the main page:

For those not familiar with wikis: blue text indicates links to pages,
and red text indicates pages that don't exist yet. As you'll see the
majority of questions are still in red. So far I've just been picking
away at them in my free time in no particular order, but going forward
I'll try to focus on the most-frequent of the FAQs first. You can expect
some changes as I plug away at this -- including some adds/drops of the
questions themselves.

Your feedback will help shape these FAQs, so please send me any comments
or suggestions. When you do so please use the email address below,
rather than posting to the group, and include a good subject line so my
spam-filters don't nab your message.
