Hi,

I am using Tradestation already a long time with a monthly subscribtion.
I have sent a e-mail and a fax to Tradestation that I wil stop my monthly
subscribtion and have asked for a confirmation that it is OK.
But they don't let me know that it is OK.
Have other people the same problem that it is difficult to stop a
subscribtion with
tradestation?

Regards R.

Just stop making payments to that party with your credit card. They'll
eventually cut off your service access when they stop receiving payment from
you.

Tony,

Thanks for your answer.
But a creditcard has nothing to do with options,
it is not because I have traded a lot of options that I need a lot of use of
my creditcard.

I have already let know my bank about objection, but when you make objection
you must react
within 30 days when you receive your overview about transactions, but I wil
be on vacation for 4 a 5 weeks,
and could be to late.

Why are people always believe brokers and banks, but not honestly simple
guys like me.
I you tell the truth they don't believe it, they believe more a good liar.

It is not because you have a good knowledge about one thing you must be good
in other things.

Kind Regards Rudy,
