I have an opportunity to buy a superb 14 property on a college campus
with 10% owner financing so I am looking for 90% financing LTV for 360
months at or around 7% Does anyone have any suggestions or
recommendations where I might be able to obtain such financing. I have
a credit score of 645 not nearly perfect but not too bad.
