The Liberals are *not* selling the poles & wires, only leasing them and
only 50% and it won't cost you anything, you'll save money directly
because privately-run systems are *proven* to be cheaper.

And then thee are the indirect/consequent benefits of reducing traffic
congestion and lowering export/transport costs.

and the Liberals are being upfront abut it
Unlike Labor LYING

It is a good question why so few of Labor's NSW Right haven't been
locked up.

Seems ALP and LNP have dirt on each other
LNP being far "cleaner"

The LNP members were forced to resign over political donations. The
donations were used for political campaigning - there was no question of
any corruption or theft.

They breached a stupid law passed by the ALP to rein in corrupt ALP members.

Doubt if ALP comply

"The ALP has *not* *made* *up* *its* *mind* whether to expel four party
members named in Wollongong's corruption inquiry".

Comment: Note the vague, general to 'The ALP' as if it is a personality
instead of a bunch of faceless twonks, pulling strings.

"Former councillors Kiril Jonovski, Frank Gigliotti, Val Zanotto and
Zeki Esen were named in the ICAC inquiry alongside former Wollongong
City Council sustainability manager and senior Labor Party figure Joe
ICAC released its second report into the matter last week which found
developer Frank Vellar and former Wollongong planner Beth Morgan engaged
in serious corrupt conduct when they engineered the approval of the $100
million Quattro development. The council was sacked in March by ICAC
commissioner Jerrold Cripps, QC".

One of them even claimed that ICAC was corrupt!

Where are they now?

"Zeki Esen and Kiril Jonovski may stand for council again"

"Ex-Wollongong councillor [Frank Gigliotti] jailed for lying"

"DISGRACED ALP official Joe Scimone left Wollongong Council in NSW with
a *substantial* *payout* and a reference despite a sexual harassment
claim having been lodged against him by four female staff.
It was the reference from former general manager Rod Oxley that clinched
Mr Scimone a $200,000 a year job at NSW Maritime earlier this year, an
ICAC inquiry into corruption heard yesterday".

The ALP (Morris Iemma) banned political donations from Developers as a
result of this case, because they COULDN'T TRUST THEMSELVES.

By contrast, when Libs were caught taking donations from developers
(*not* corruptly) in breach of this law, they were *immediately*
suspended by Baird.

Thus the Liberal party is clean. The ALP suffers from the same endeic
disease of corruption because THE CROOKS ARE IN CHARGE.

The Greens can be a bit nutty at times, but they are seldom corrupt:

"After the sacking, to avoid annihilation at the NSW local government
election in September, Iemma installed administrators to run WCC. Now,
having lost the democratic right to clean out the council themselves,
the people of Wollongong face four years of an unelected 'council' run
by three people appointed by the same ALP machine that generated the
stinking mess in the first place!"

Greens supporters should put ALP last on the ballot.

The Christian Democratic Party

This is what Australia would look like with the ALP and without iron ore
and coal:

Tax Receipts, Costello: 2003-07: 982,341
Tax Receipts, Swan: 2007-11: 1,174,203

ALP ineptitude = $20b opening balance + $280b closing balance + $191b
more revenue = $491b

So what did Labor leave as a legacy after WASTING $491 BILLION?

ALP versus Jobs:

The Basic Laws of Australian Labor:
"A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a
group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly
incurring losses"

Labor's scorecard:
600,000 more unemployed, 3 minus 3 car manufacturers equals zero,
Whyalla on life support, a decimated aluminium industry, doubled
electricity prices, quarter of a million immigrants and no new
infrasructure, fourteen thousand new pages of legislation, one abuse
hypocritical and silly speech on 'misogyny', four deceased apprentices,
one thousand two hundred drowned asylum seekers, a handbag with an
affinity for being fingered (up the rear) by small Asian women, one
"world's greatest finance minister", three huge unfunded promises,
cancellation of the "$500b investment pipeline", another stolen
generation, 1,000 kids in detention, 50,000 unwanted & unqualified visa
two fraud artists - an MP and an ALP national president, one paedophile
- convicted, that is, one former rape suspect, one lazy Victorian police
force, insufficient evidence, lost evidence, destruction of evidence and
half a trillion dollars of debt, one squandered mining boom
one (um) jumped-up twit (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PguhkVG49To),
one minus one democracy (http://www.menzieshouse.com.au/?p=4905) and
last but not least ... the first fat arsed PM in Australian history
